Náhradná sklenená trubica pre Aqua-Computer ULTITUBE 150 vyrovnávacia nádržka (model 34119)

Replacement glass tube designed for the Aqua-Computer ULTITUBE 150 reservoir. This direct-fit glass sleeve restores the transparent cylinder used in liquid cooling reservoirs, providing a clear viewing window and secure containment for coolant. The component is intended for maintenance or repair of ULTITUBE 150 systems and matches the original dimensions and form factor to ensure proper seating and sealing in the reservoir housing.

Advantages

The replacement glass tube provides the same optical clarity and wall thickness as the original part, maintaining visual inspection of coolant level and color. It is manufactured to fit precisely within the reservoir assembly, reducing the risk of leaks when combined with the correct gaskets and fittings. Using a dedicated replacement sleeve avoids the need to replace the entire reservoir assembly and preserves the original mounting and connection points.

Suitable for

• Repairing damaged or cracked ULTITUBE 150 reservoir glass
• Replacing scratched or clouded transparent cylinders in liquid cooling loops
• Regular maintenance where the glass sleeve requires renewal to restore visual clarity

Key specifications

• Form factor: cylindrical glass sleeve sized to fit ULTITUBE 150 reservoirs
• Material: transparent borosilicate-style glass appropriate for coolant contact
• Finish: clear, smooth inner and outer surfaces for unobstructed viewing
• Compatibility: designed for direct replacement in ULTITUBE 150 reservoir housings

How to use

Before installation, drain the cooling loop and isolate the reservoir according to your system maintenance procedures. Remove reservoir caps, fittings and retaining hardware to extract any remaining parts and old seals. Carefully lift out the damaged sleeve and clean the reservoir housing sealing surfaces. Place the new glass tube into the housing, ensuring it sits squarely and evenly. Refit gaskets and sealing elements, then reinstall caps and fittings following the manufacturer’s torque or hand-tightening guidance. Refill the loop and perform a leak test at low pressure or by running the system briefly while monitoring for moisture.

Recommendations

Handle the glass tube with care and use soft, lint-free gloves or cloth to avoid fingerprints and accidental damage. Replace seals and gaskets whenever installing a new sleeve, and check all connections for leaks during an initial test cycle. If unsure about disassembly or sealing procedures, consult official maintenance documentation or seek professional assistance.
