Axiálny ventilátor Panasonic ASEN80216 230 V AC 55 m³/h 80×80×25 mm

Panasonic ASEN80216 is an axial ventilation fan designed for forced air movement in compact enclosures. Rated for 230 V AC, the fan provides an airflow of up to 55 m³/h within a compact 80×80×25 mm frame. Its small footprint and steady performance make it suitable for cooling electronic components, control cabinets and other confined spaces where moderate continuous ventilation is required.

Advantages

The fan combines a compact housing with mains-voltage operation, eliminating the need for an external step-up or DC supply in many applications. With a nominal airflow of 55 m³/h and a standard 80×80×25 mm size, it fits common mounting patterns while delivering consistent ventilation. The device is intended for continuous operation and is constructed to provide reliable, low-maintenance airflow in small enclosures.

Suitable for

• Cooling of small electronic circuit boards and power supplies
• Ventilation inside control cabinets and instrument panels
• Localised exhaust or intake in compact equipment housings
• Replacement or upgrade of 80 mm case fans in industrial applications

Key specifications

• Type: axial ventilation fan
• Rated voltage: 230 V AC mains operation
• Airflow: up to 55 m³/h
• Frame dimensions: 80 × 80 × 25 mm
• Mounting style: standard 80 mm mounting pattern (side-frame)
• Application: continuous ventilation for small enclosures

How to use

Install the fan in a location that allows unobstructed airflow through the intake and outlet. Secure the fan using compatible mounting holes or brackets and connect to a 230 V AC supply following applicable electrical codes. Ensure correct airflow orientation by checking the arrow marking on the housing or verifying airflow direction before final assembly. Provide a protective grille or filter if the environment contains dust or debris to reduce maintenance needs.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, maintain clear intake and exhaust paths and avoid mounting the fan where heat sources would obstruct airflow. When used in dusty or humid environments, add a removable filter or protective grille and schedule periodic cleaning. Verify that the overall system ventilation meets component cooling requirements; multiple fans can be used in push-pull configurations to increase airflow when needed.
