Bessey UniKlamp UK100 zverák, 1000 mm dĺžka, 80 mm vyloženie, čierna/červená

The Bessey UniKlamp UK100 is a light bar clamp with a 1000 mm bar and 80 mm throat depth designed for woodworking, assembly and general clamping tasks. Its compact, lightweight construction in black and red provides stable, adjustable clamping pressure for holding panels, frames and glued joints. The clamp delivers uniform force distribution across the jaws for reliable positioning during glue curing, drilling or fastening operations in a workshop or hobby environment.

Advantages

The UniKlamp UK100 combines a long 1000 mm span with a shallow 80 mm throat depth to suit a variety of joining and assembly jobs. The clamp’s compact design reduces bulk on the workpiece while providing steady pressure and easy handling. Durable materials and a precise sliding mechanism ensure repeatable clamping performance and straightforward adjustment. Its lightweight profile makes it convenient for single-person operation and transport between workstations.

Suitable for

• Clamping panels and boards during gluing and edge-joining
• Holding frames and assemblies for screw or dowel insertion
• Securing workpieces for routing, sanding or drilling
• General workshop and hobby projects requiring evenly distributed pressure

Key specifications

• Bar length: 1000 mm
• Throat depth: 80 mm
• Lightweight, compact body in black and red finish
• Adjustable sliding head for precise clamping positions
• Even force distribution across clamping jaws

How to use

Position the clamp so the jaws straddle the workpiece and slide the movable head along the bar until it contacts the piece. Tighten the clamp by advancing the trigger or handle until the required pressure is reached; avoid over-tightening to prevent surface damage. For longer glue-up operations, periodically check alignment and pressure to maintain even contact across the joint. Release by operating the quick-release or loosening mechanism and remove the clamp once the assembly is stable or adhesive has cured.

Recommendations

Use protective pads between the clamp jaws and delicate surfaces to prevent marring. For improved distribution on long or thin workpieces, use multiple clamps spaced evenly along the joint. Store the clamp in a dry environment and inspect the sliding mechanism periodically for debris or wear to ensure consistent performance.
