Bosch 0 601 292 801 prenosná vibračná brúska orbitálna brúska 11000 ot/min 22000 OPM

The Bosch Orbital sander 0 601 292 801 is a compact, corded finishing tool designed for sanding and surface preparation. It delivers up to 11,000 rpm idle speed and an oscillation rate up to 22,000 OPM, driven by a 300 W motor. The sander uses a clamp/Velcro sanding media fixing system for quick paper changes and comes with an integrated dust bag to reduce airborne dust and keep the work area cleaner. Its compact footprint (92 mm width, 415 mm depth, 205 mm height) and 2.4 kg weight make it suitable for extended handheld use and working in tighter spaces.

Advantages

The tool combines high oscillation frequency with moderate motor power to provide consistent material removal and a fine surface finish. The clamp/Velcro fixing system allows fast and secure sandpaper changes without additional tools. Built-in dust collection reduces cleanup time and improves visibility of the sanding surface. The compact dimensions and balanced weight support comfortable handling for both horizontal and vertical sanding tasks.

How to use

Attach an appropriate grade of sandpaper to the sanding pad using the clamp/Velcro fixing system, ensuring the paper is flat and securely held. Connect the sander to a suitable mains supply and switch it on, allowing the motor to reach operating speed before applying the tool to the workpiece. Move the sander with light, even pressure along the grain on wood or in overlapping passes across painted surfaces to achieve an even finish. Periodically check the sandpaper for wear and replace it as needed. Empty the dust bag regularly to maintain extraction efficiency.

Lietošanas ieteikumi

Use steady, controlled movements and avoid applying excessive downward force; let the 300 W motor and high oscillation rate do the work. Select sandpaper grit appropriate for the task (coarse for material removal, fine for finishing) and maintain the dust bag or connect to external extraction for prolonged use in enclosed spaces.
