Bosch 2 608 001 115 brúsne príslušenstvo 1 ks brúsny kotúč

Sanding disc Bosch 2608001115, 150 mm, medium grit is a circular abrasive disc designed for surface preparation and finishing on wood, painted surfaces and light metals. It fits sanders that accept 150 mm abrasive discs and is suitable for use with compatible random orbital and detail sanders. The medium grit offers a balance between material removal and surface smoothing, enabling efficient renovation, woodworking and general DIY tasks.

Advantages

The 150 mm diameter provides broad coverage for faster sanding of larger surfaces while maintaining control on smaller areas. Medium grit abrasive balances stock removal and surface refinement, reducing the need for multiple grit changes. The disc is manufactured to Bosch quality standards to ensure consistent abrasive performance and reliable fit with compatible sanders.

Suitable for

• Preparation of wooden surfaces before finishing
• Removing old paint or varnish from furniture and panels
• Smoothing light metal surfaces and deburring spots
• General renovation and DIY sanding tasks
• Use with compatible random orbital and detail sanders that accept 150 mm discs

Key specifications

• Diameter: 150 mm
• Abrasive grade: medium grit
• Shape: circular sandpaper disc
• Intended materials: wood, paint coatings, light metals
• Compatibility: for sanders that accept 150 mm abrasive discs

How to use

Attach the disc to a compatible sander according to the tool manufacturer's instructions, ensuring secure fastening and correct alignment. Start sanding with moderate pressure and move the sander evenly across the surface to avoid gouging. Monitor progress and inspect the surface regularly; if a smoother finish is required, progress to a finer grit disc. Replace the disc when abrasive performance diminishes or the backing shows wear.

Recommendations

Use personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and a dust mask, and work in a well-ventilated area. For best results on painted surfaces, test on a small area first and adjust sanding technique to avoid removing too much substrate. When sanding metal, ensure the medium grit is appropriate for the degree of oxidation or burrs present.
