Brockhaus HEUER sada rúrkových a ochranných čeľustí pre zveráky 100 mm v hliníkovom kufríku

For workshops that regularly handle delicate or irregularly shaped workpieces, this Brockhaus HEUER jaw set transforms a standard 100 mm vice into a versatile clamping system. Unlike conventional steel jaws that leave marks and struggle with round stock, the set pairs a dedicated pipe jaw with a smooth protective jaw, both machined from aluminium and supplied in a rugged storage case. The pipe jaw's V-shaped profile grips tubes, rods, and oval sections securely, while the flat protective jaw shields sensitive surfaces from scratches and deformation. Together they cover the full spectrum of bench work—from threading conduit to holding polished components—without swapping vices or improvising with soft metal shims.

Highlights

• Complete set: one pair of pipe jaws and one pair of protective jaws (4 jaws total)
• Fits all HEUER vices with 100 mm jaw width, including Front and Compact models
• Aluminium construction: lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and non-marring
• Magnetic mounting for quick, secure attachment and removal
• Protective jaws prevent damage to soft, painted, or precision-machined workpieces
• Pipe jaws clamp round, oval, and irregular shapes without slipping
• Supplied in a durable aluminium storage case for organisation and transport

In daily use

Switching between tasks is effortless: the magnetic backing holds each jaw firmly against the vice's hardened steel jaws, yet allows instant repositioning or removal when you need the full bite of the original jaws. The pipe jaw's deep V-groove centres tubes automatically, so you can drill, cut, or thread without the workpiece rotating. For flat stock or finished parts, the protective jaw's smooth contact face spreads clamping force evenly, eliminating dents and score lines. The included case keeps both pairs together and protected from workshop dust, making it easy to bring the set to a job site or store it in a tool cabinet.
