Bosch Accessories EXPERT M480 2608900690 is a pack of five perforation-free sanding nets for eccentric (orbital) sanders, grit 100, 150 mm diameter. Intended for surface sanding tasks, these sanding nets offer consistent grit for medium-level material removal and smoothing on wood, painted surfaces and similar substrates. The product is supplied in a set of 5 pieces and matches tools that accept 150 mm sanding discs.

Advantages

The sanding nets provide uniform abrasive performance with clog-resistant open mesh construction that helps reduce dust buildup and maintains sanding efficiency. Their perforation-free design suits sanders without dust extraction hole patterns and enables easy fitting on velcro-backed 150 mm pads. The consistent 100-grit surface balances material removal and finish quality, making the nets suitable for preparing surfaces before finer sanding or painting.

Suitable for

• Sanding and smoothing wooden surfaces
• Removing old paint or varnish from flat areas
• Surface preparation before painting or sealing
• Intermediate sanding between finish coats

How to use

Fit the 150 mm sanding net onto a compatible eccentric/orbital sander with a velcro-backed pad, ensuring the pad and net are clean and correctly aligned. Operate the sander at the recommended speed for the material being worked on, applying light, even pressure and moving the tool steadily to avoid gouging. Replace the net when the abrasive surface is worn or clogged to maintain consistent results.

Recommendations

For best results, start with a coarser grit if heavy material removal is required, then use the 100-grit nets for intermediate smoothing. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as eye protection and a dust mask when sanding, and if your sander has a dust extraction port, use a compatible vacuum to reduce airborne dust.
