Brúsne kotúče Bosch Expert C430 na drevo a farbu

The Bosch Expert C430 sanding discs for wood and paint are designed for extended use on wood, veneer and painted surfaces. Each pack contains five discs made with a tough abrasive grit and fully synthetic resin bonding for increased durability. The discs are built on a highly flexible C-/B- paper backing that allows folding without cracking and are compatible with random orbital sanders.

Advantages

Durable, wear-resistant abrasive grit provides a long lifetime during repeated sanding operations. Fully synthetic resin bonding increases resistance to breakdown and maintains abrasive performance. The flexible paper backing permits folding and use on contoured surfaces without the backing cracking, while compatibility with random orbital sanders offers broad tool interchangeability.

Suitable for

• Sanding solid wood and timber surfaces
• Smoothing and preparing veneer
• Removing old paint or smoothing painted surfaces
• Detail sanding on contoured or shaped parts

How to use

Select the appropriate grit for the task and attach a disc to a compatible random orbital sander according to the sander manufacturer's instructions. Work with steady, even strokes and avoid applying excessive pressure; let the abrasive do the work. Replace discs when the abrasive becomes worn or glazing reduces effectiveness. For folding into tight areas, use the flexible backing to conform the disc to the shape while maintaining even sanding motion.

Recommendations

For best results, start with a coarser grit to remove material quickly, then progress to finer grits for smoothing. Keep the workpiece clean and free of dust between grit changes, and always follow safety guidelines for dust extraction and personal protective equipment when sanding wood and painted surfaces.
