Brúsny kotúč Bosch M480 225 mm K80, balenie 25 ks

Bosch M480 net sanding discs, 225 mm diameter with K80 grit, are engineered for efficient sanding and surface preparation on wood, paint and filler layers. The open net structure reduces clogging and dust generation, allowing longer abrasive life and more consistent material removal. These discs come in a pack of 25 and are intended for use with rotary and orbital sanders that accept 225 mm backing pads. The combination of coarse K80 grit and net construction makes the discs suitable for renovation, paint stripping and intermediate sanding before finishing.

Advantages

The net design reduces dust build-up and improves visibility of the sanding surface, while maintaining consistent abrasive performance over extended use. Coarse K80 grit enables effective removal of old paint, filler and uneven layers without deep gouging. The discs are dimensionally stable for use on rotary and orbital machines, and the open structure improves dust extraction when used with a vacuum-equipped sander, resulting in cleaner working conditions and longer disc lifetime.

Suitable for

• Sanding and leveling wood surfaces
• Removing old paint and lacquer layers
• Preparing surfaces with fillers prior to finishing
• Renovation and refurbishment projects
• Use with rotary and orbital sanders that accept 225 mm discs

Key specifications

• Disc diameter: 225 mm
• Abrasive grit: K80 (coarse)
• Structure: open mesh (net) for reduced clogging
• Package quantity: 25 discs
• Compatible with rotary and orbital sanders using 225 mm backing pads

How to use

Select the correct backing pad and secure the disc according to the sander manufacturer’s instructions. Start sanding with uniform, moderate pressure and move the tool steadily across the surface to avoid creating grooves. When removing paint or thick filler layers, work in overlapping passes and inspect the surface frequently. For best results on wood, follow coarse sanding with a finer grit before applying finish.

Recommendations

For effective dust control and longer disc life, use the sanding discs with a sander that has dust extraction and change discs when abrasive performance decreases. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as eye protection and a dust mask when sanding painted or filled surfaces.
