Brúsny kotúč KWB 496812 5 kusov na drevo

QUICK-STICK sanding discs for wood and paint, silicon carbide, 100 x 62, 93mm display box — KWB 496812 sanding discs are intended for detail sanding of wooden surfaces and painted areas. Each pack contains five 93 mm discs with hook-and-loop backing designed for use with delta/detail sanders. The abrasive is aluminium oxide with a stearate surface coating to reduce clogging; discs have a phenolic resin bond and a strong backing for reliable performance during fine sanding tasks.

Advantages

The discs feature a stearate surface coating that reduces clogging and extends abrasive life. Hook-and-loop fabric backing allows quick attachment to compatible detail sanders. Phenolic resin bonding and a sturdy backing provide dimensional stability and consistent sanding results on wood and painted surfaces. The 93 mm size and punched shape are optimized for delta/detail sanders.

How to use

Attach a sanding disc to the delta/detail sander by aligning the punched holes and pressing the hook-and-loop surfaces together. Start sanding at low speed and apply even, light pressure; increase speed gradually if needed. Move the sander along the grain on wood and avoid prolonged dwelling in one spot to prevent gouging or overheating the surface. Replace discs when the abrasive is worn or clogged despite the stearate coating.

Recommendations

For best results, use progressive grit sequence from coarse to fine when preparing or refinishing wood and painted surfaces. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment — dust mask, eye protection, and hearing protection — and ensure adequate dust extraction or ventilation when sanding.
