• Set size: 12 pieces (pencils and accessories)
• Graphite hardness: 10 grades
• Carbon hardness: 2 grades
• Category: Pencils / sketching set

How to use

Select a graphite or carbon grade appropriate for the desired tone, then draw with steady pressure for fine lines or varied pressure for shading. Use the included accessories—sharpener, eraser or blending tool—as needed to refine edges, correct lines and soften transitions. For architectural sketches, start with light construction lines in harder graphite, then darken and shade with softer leads or carbon where necessary.

Recommendations

Store pencils horizontally in a dry place to prevent lead drying or damage. Test tones on scrap paper before working on a final piece, and periodically sharpen leads to maintain accurate line width.
