How to use

Place the helmet on your head so it sits level and covers the forehead without tilting back. Adjust the rear retention system until the helmet feels snug but not tight; the helmet should not move excessively when you shake your head. Fasten and adjust the chin strap so that it fits close to the jaw with room for one or two fingers between strap and chin. Check vents and padding for cleanliness and proper positioning before each ride.

Recommendations

Inspect the helmet regularly for visible damage after impacts or drops and replace it if any cracking, deformation or compromised padding is observed. Clean the shell and pads with mild soap and water; avoid solvents or abrasive cleaners. Store the helmet away from direct sunlight and extreme heat to preserve materials and fit characteristics.
