Tips

Use high-quality thermal paper to maximize print head life and avoid jams. Clean the print head regularly with isopropyl alcohol to maintain print quality. When using 58 mm paper, install the included paper guide to ensure proper alignment. For partial cuts, configure the cutter setting in your POS software to leave a small tab for easy tearing without full separation.
