Esselte Index 1-5 PP A4 sivá

The Esselte 100103 Numeric Tab Index is a set of A4 document dividers manufactured from durable polypropylene (PP) in grey. Each divider measures 225 mm by 297 mm with a 1 mm thickness, providing a slim but robust solution for separating and organising paperwork. The front sheet includes a large writable area for section titles or descriptions and numeric tabs 1–5 for quick reference and sequential filing.

Advantages

These polypropylene dividers combine durability and light weight to withstand frequent handling while keeping filing systems tidy. The neutral grey colour minimises visual clutter and suits a range of professional and domestic environments. Numeric tabs provide clear, consistent indexing for small sets of documents, and the writable front sheet allows custom labelling without additional inserts.

How to use

Insert the dividers into ring binders or lever-arch files aligned with the document edges. Use the large writable area on the front sheet to label each section by number or topic with a pen or marker suitable for polypropylene. Arrange the numeric tabs in ascending order to create a clear sequence; add or remove documents behind each divider as needed to keep sections up to date.

Recommendations

For best results, write labels with a permanent fine-tip marker designed to adhere to plastic surfaces. Store binders upright in a dry environment to prevent warping. When used in frequently accessed files, consider reinforcing high-wear sections with additional plastic pockets or sheet protectors.
