Fitting Alphacool 17638 hliník mosadz čierna 1,8 cm 2,4 cm

The Alphacool TPV metal fitting is part of Alphacool’s Enterprise Solutions line and is developed specifically for use with Alphacool TPV hoses. Made from aluminum and brass with a black finish, this compact fitting has a tube diameter of 1.8 cm, an overall length of 2.4 cm and a weight of 18 g. It is intended for use in computer liquid-cooling systems where a secure, space-saving connection to TPV hoses is required.

Advantages

The metal construction combining aluminum and brass provides durability and reliable mechanical strength while the black finish offers corrosion resistance and a uniform appearance. Designed for TPV hoses, the fitting allows particularly firm tightening with high tensile strength. Its reduced length—4 mm shorter than the nylon variant—saves installation space in tight builds.

Suitable for

• PC liquid-cooling loops using Alphacool TPV hoses
• Server and workstation cooling systems requiring compact fittings
• Custom water-cooling builds where space is limited

How to use

Fit the Alphacool metal fitting onto a matching Alphacool TPV hose by sliding the hose over the barbed or mating section and tighten according to your chosen assembly method (clamp or compression style) to ensure a secure seal. Verify hose compatibility with the 1.8 cm tube diameter and ensure connections are aligned before pressurizing the loop. Follow standard PC liquid-cooling assembly procedures and leak-test the system after installation.

Recommendations

Use this fitting exclusively with Alphacool TPV hoses to achieve the intended tensile strength and sealing performance. When replacing nylon fittings, note the 4 mm shorter metal design and check for sufficient hose engagement. Perform a leak test before regular operation.
