The DeLOCK Butterfly Hose Clamp is a high-quality stainless steel clamp designed for tool-free fastening of right-handed externally corrugated spiral hoses with diameters from 80 to 100 mm. The clamp features a special bridge construction and plastic butterfly screw for easy manual operation. Supplied as a set of 5 pieces, it is resistant to corrosion and intended for secure hose connections in various non-specialized environments.

Advantages

The stainless steel 400 construction offers durability and corrosion resistance while the special bridge design ensures a firm, slip-resistant hold under pressure. The plastic butterfly screw enables tool-free tightening and loosening, and the set of five clamps allows multiple connections or replacements.

Suitable for

• Externally corrugated spiral hoses with right-handed thread, diameter 80–100 mm
• DIY installations and home repair tasks
• Garden hoses and outdoor equipment where corrosion resistance is required
• Temporary or permanent hose connections in non-industrial settings

How to use

Position the hose clamp around the corrugated hose at the desired connection point. Align the bridge so it evenly contacts the hose surface, then rotate the plastic butterfly screw clockwise by hand until the clamp is snug and the hose is held firmly. To remove or adjust, rotate the butterfly screw counterclockwise until the clamp loosens. Ensure the clamp is seated evenly and not over-tightened to avoid damaging the hose.

Recommendations

For best results, use the clamp on clean hose ends and check periodically for tightness, especially after the first use and after exposure to varying temperatures or mechanical stress. Do not use beyond the specified diameter range or for applications requiring certified industrial fittings.
