Hadicový spoj GARDENA 7143 bronz — pripojenie záhradnej hadice, 1 kus

GARDENA 7143 Bronze hose connector is a single-piece metal fitting designed for garden watering and irrigation. Supplied as one piece, this connector provides a threaded connection between a water tap and standard garden hoses or between hose sections and accessories. The connector features a 33.3 mm (G 1") thread and is designed to accept 13 mm (1/2") hoses. The flat washer seal design and durable bronze construction make the fitting suitable for outdoor use, providing a reliable, leak-minimized water flow when used with compatible GARDENA connector systems and similar hose fittings. Note that while the connector works with taps, it is not intended for use with pumps.

Advantages

The bronze construction offers corrosion resistance and long-term durability for outdoor conditions, while the single-piece design simplifies installation and reduces potential leak points. The flat washer seal and threaded connection provide a secure fit to standard garden taps and hoses, and compatibility with GARDENA connectors ensures straightforward integration into existing garden watering systems. The product is supplied as a single unit, making it easy to replace or add connectors as needed.

Suitable for

• Connecting a garden tap to a 13 mm (1/2") hose
• Linking hose sections or attaching standard watering accessories
• Outdoor watering and small-scale garden irrigation systems (non-pump applications)

Key specifications

• Material: bronze metal construction for outdoor durability
• Thread type and size: 33.3 mm (G 1") threaded connection
• Hose compatibility: designed for 13 mm (1/2") hoses
• Seal type: flat washer seal integrated in the two-piece threaded coupling (socket and sleeve nut)
• Package contents: single connector unit

How to use

Attach the threaded end of the hose connector to a compatible garden tap by hand, ensuring the flat washer is properly seated to form a leak-minimized seal. Push the 13 mm (1/2") hose onto the barbed or plain hose end and secure with an appropriate clamp if required. Tighten the sleeve nut to complete the threaded coupling and check for leaks before extended use. Do not use this connector with pumps; it is intended for tap and hose connections in standard garden watering setups.

Recommendations

For best performance, inspect the flat washer periodically and replace it if worn. Use clamps or hose clips on the hose end for added security, and avoid excessive tightening on the threaded connection to prevent damage to the thread. Store the connector indoors during freezing conditions to prevent material stress and prolong service life.
