How to use

Place the Poly Studio X72 centrally in the room at a height and orientation that provides line-of-sight to participants. Connect power and network according to your room’s configuration; the unit supports both wired Ethernet and Wi‑Fi. Use the native cloud video client or configure H.323/SIP settings to join standards-based systems. Adjust camera framing and audio settings through the device interface or management software to optimise participant visibility and sound pickup for the room size.

Recommendations

For best results in large rooms, position the bar so the dual cameras have unobstructed views of participant seating areas and consider adding Poly microphones or speakers to extend coverage. Use the device’s AI framing features and manual presets to ensure remote attendees are captured accurately. Ensure network bandwidth meets 4K streaming requirements and follow room AV guidelines for speaker placement and acoustic treatment to maximise audio clarity.
