How to use

Install the Epson DFX-9000 on a stable surface and connect it to your host system using one of the standard interfaces (USB, Parallel or RS-232). Load continuous or single-sheet media using the built-in tractors; set paper width between 76.2 mm and 406.4 mm as required. Configure printer settings via the control panel or host driver to select print mode and form handling options. For multi-part forms, ensure correct paper alignment and test a short print run before full production. If fitted, set up the optional perforation cutter according to the accessory instructions.

Recommendations

For consistent long-term performance, use recommended ribbons and perform routine maintenance checks on the print head and tractors. Keep the printer in a dust-free environment and allow adequate ventilation to maintain the specified MTBF and print quality.
