IP bezpečnostná kamera Hikvision Pro Series DS-2CD2387G2H-LI 3840x2160

The Hikvision Pro Series DS-2CD2387G2H-LI 3840x2160 is an 8 MP turret IP security camera designed for both indoor and outdoor installation. It provides 3840 x 2160 resolution video at up to 30 fps using a CMOS sensor and a Smart Hybrid Light system with ColorVu technology for improved imaging in low light. The camera offers a 360° rotation angle and a wide horizontal field of view of 108.8°, enabling extensive scene coverage, and supports wired Ethernet connectivity for stable network integration. With a detection range up to 89 metres, this model is intended for continuous monitoring where detailed image capture is required.

Advantages

The camera delivers high-resolution 8 MP footage that improves identification and evidence capture while keeping bandwidth and storage needs manageable through efficient encoding. ColorVu and Smart Hybrid Light enhance image clarity in varied lighting conditions, reducing reliance on external illumination. Its turret form factor and ceiling mounting compatibility allow flexible installation, and wired Ethernet ensures consistent power and data transfer for uninterrupted operation. The white housing and compact weight make it suitable for visible deployments without being obtrusive.

How to use

Mount the DS-2CD2387G2H-LI in the chosen ceiling or sheltered outdoor location following standard mounting procedures and local regulations. Connect the camera to a PoE-capable switch or injector if available, or provide appropriate power and wired Ethernet connectivity. Configure network settings and stream parameters in the Hikvision management software or compatible VMS, set resolution and frame rate preferences, and enable video motion detection and ColorVu options as required. Position the turret and set the rotation and tilt to cover target areas, then verify detection distance and image quality across day and night conditions.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term operation, use quality shielded Ethernet cabling and PoE power delivery where possible, schedule periodic firmware updates through recommended channels, and adjust exposure and encoding settings to balance image quality with storage consumption. For outdoor installations, ensure the mounting location provides appropriate protection against direct weather exposure and follows local safety guidelines.
