How to use

Install the turret camera at the desired indoor or outdoor location using the supplied mounting hardware. Position and angle the camera to cover the intended field of view and connect to your network via PoE or other supported interfaces. Configure image resolution, rotation and analytics settings in the Hikvision management software or compatible VMS. Test detection and recognition distances and adjust placement and lighting as needed to achieve optimal image quality.

Recommendations

For best results, mount the camera at a height and angle that match the required detection and recognition distances (detection up to 89 m, recognition up to 17 m). Use PoE for a single-cable power and data connection, and ensure firmware and analytics modules are up to date to benefit from improved situational awareness and reduced bandwidth/storage consumption.
