IP bezpečnostná kamera VIVOTEK FD9388-HTV

The VIVOTEK FD9388-HTV is a dome IP security camera engineered for both indoor and outdoor surveillance. Delivering up to 2560 x 1920 resolution (5 MP) from its CMOS sensor, the camera produces high-detail images suitable for identification and monitoring tasks. Its ceiling-mount design and white finish allow discreet installation in retail, commercial, and public spaces. The device supports wired network connections and complies with IEEE 802.3af power-over-Ethernet standard for simplified installation and stable power delivery.

Advantages

The camera offers high-resolution imaging at 5 MP, enabling detailed video capture and improved analytics performance. Built with a dome form factor and ceiling-mount capability, it provides a low-profile appearance while protecting internal optics. The CMOS sensor ensures good image quality and efficient data handling. Compatibility with IEEE 802.3af PoE simplifies cabling by combining power and data over a single Ethernet cable. The white housing is weather- and environment-friendly for mixed indoor/outdoor deployments when installed according to manufacturer guidelines.

Suitable for

• Retail stores and shopping centers for loss prevention and customer flow monitoring
• Office buildings and reception areas for access monitoring and visual identification
• Public facilities such as schools and libraries for general surveillance
• Parking garages and building perimeters when mounted under covered ceilings

How to use

Mount the camera on a stable ceiling surface using appropriate fixings for the installation site and ensure the housing is oriented to cover the intended field of view. Connect the camera to your network switch or PoE injector using a quality Ethernet cable. Configure network settings and video parameters via the camera's web interface or your network video recorder/software, adjusting resolution, frame rate, and compression to balance image quality and storage requirements. For outdoor or semi-outdoor use, verify that the mounting location provides suitable protection from direct exposure to weather in accordance with the manufacturer's installation instructions.

Recommendations

Place the camera at an elevation and angle that provides unobstructed sight lines to areas of interest; increase resolution and frame rate for zones requiring facial recognition or detailed inspection, and use PoE-enabled network equipment to simplify power and data management. Regularly check lens cleanliness and firmware updates to maintain optimal image quality and security.
