Recommendations

Do not submerge the headphones in water; IP65 protects against dust and water jets or splashes but not full immersion. Clean ear tips regularly and replace them if worn. Avoid exposing the product to extreme heat. For optimal fit, try different ear tip sizes provided with the headphones and use the JBL Headphones App to customize sound settings.
