Jemnodrátová sponka Rapid No 13

The Rapid Finewire staple No 13 is a precision fastening solution intended for accurate stapling tasks. Compact and lightweight, this finewire staple is engineered for use on textiles and other materials where a discreet, low-visibility finish and minimal impact on fibres are important. Constructed from high-performance galvanized wire with precisely cut legs for consistent penetration, the staple provides dependable fastening for both professional and home applications.

Advantages

These finewire staples are designed to minimise damage to textile fibres while maintaining secure attachment. The low-visibility profile makes them suitable for situations that require subtle labelling or discreet fixing. Galvanized wire construction offers corrosion resistance for general-purpose environments, and the precision-cut legs ensure uniform penetration and holding power. The product is also available in stainless steel for enhanced durability where corrosion resistance is critical.

Suitable for

• Attaching labels, tags or small fixtures to textiles
• Upholstery repair and soft furnishings
• Light packaging and paper fastening where a small crown is preferred
• Workshop and craft projects requiring discreet staples

Key specifications

• Material: high-performance galvanized wire (also available in stainless steel)
• Design: finewire, low-visibility profile
• Legs: precision-cut for consistent penetration
• Weight: approximately 380 g for the packaged product
• Dimensions (pack): 46 x 119 x 43 mm

How to use

Load the finewire staples into a compatible Rapid stapler according to the stapler manufacturer’s instructions. Position the staple head over the material to be fastened, ensuring alignment with the area of minimal fibre stress if working on textiles. Apply steady pressure or operate the stapler mechanism to drive the staple through the material and secure the fastening. For repeated operations, check staple alignment and spacing to avoid bunching or fabric distortion.

Recommendations

For textile work, test fastening on a scrap piece to verify minimal visual impact and adequate holding. Use stainless steel staples in environments with high humidity or where long-term corrosion resistance is required. Store staples in a dry location to preserve finish and feeding reliability.
