Kliešte na poistné krúžky Wiha Z 33 4 01

Circlip Pliers Wiha Z 33 4 01 are precision internal circlip pliers manufactured from high-quality chrome-vanadium molybdenum steel with tempering to ensure strength and durability. The slim, straight plier head provides optimal access and a clear view of the workpiece for inserting and removing circlips from inside bores. The tool complies with DIN ISO 5256 and features Wiha MagicTips — resilient precision tips made from ball-bearing steel with additional hardening and a special surface finish to resist rust. From size 2, a unique latching function secures the safety rings and reduces the risk of the rings jumping off.

Advantages

The pliers combine hardened chrome-vanadium molybdenum construction with wear-resistant MagicTips for long service life and reliable tip geometry. The slim head design improves accessibility in confined spaces and the straight tip shape is intended for internal circlip applications. A rust-resistant surface finish and the latching mechanism (from size 2) enhance safety and handling during precision work.

How to use

Select the correct pliers for the internal circlip size, place the straight tips into the circlip eyelets, squeeze the handles to compress the circlip and insert or withdraw it from the bore. For reinstallation, ensure the circlip is fully seated in its groove. Use the latching function (on sizes from 2) to keep safety rings secured on the tips while positioning the circlip.

Recommendations

Store the pliers dry and clean after use, periodically inspect tips for wear, and avoid using the tool on hardened or inappropriate fasteners to maintain tip geometry and prolong service life.
