Koaxiálny konektor F-Typ Hama 00179405 konektor samec 4 ks

The Hama Coaxial Connector F-type 4 pcs is a set of four male F-type connectors designed for coaxial cable terminations in audio and video systems. These silver-coloured connectors provide a standard threaded interface for secure mechanical and electrical connection to devices such as televisions, set-top boxes, satellite receivers and antenna feeds. The compact design suits typical household and small commercial installations and enables straightforward replacement or repair of existing coax connections.

Advantages

These male F-type coaxial connectors offer a reliable threaded coupling that reduces signal loss and improves contact stability compared with push-fit terminations. The silver finish supports corrosion resistance and a consistent conductor contact. Supplied as a set of four, they allow multiple terminations to be completed in one session, saving time during installation or maintenance.

How to use

Prepare the coaxial cable by stripping the outer jacket, braid and dielectric to the dimensions appropriate for F-type connectors, ensuring the central conductor remains straight and clean. Slide the connector onto the prepared cable end and secure it by screwing the threaded body onto the mating jack or by following the connector’s specified installation method. Verify tight mechanical engagement and test the signal continuity and strength after installation to confirm correct termination.

Recommendations

Use appropriate cable stripping tools and observe correct dielectric exposure to avoid short circuits between the conductor and braid. For outdoor or long-term installations, consider additional weatherproofing measures at the connector interface to prevent moisture ingress and preserve signal quality.
