Koaxiálny konektor F-Typ Hama 00179407 konektor samec 2 ks

The Hama 00179407 Male F-type coaxial connector pack contains two metallic connectors designed for secure RF connections in audio-video systems and antenna installations. Each connector provides a threaded F-type interface that fits standard coaxial cables and devices, enabling reliable signal transmission for television, set-top boxes, satellite receivers and other RF equipment.

Advantages

These male F-type connectors offer a compact metal construction that ensures stable mechanical connection and resistance to wear. The threaded design provides a snug fit with female F-type sockets to minimise signal loss and interference. Supplied as a two-piece pack, the set allows pairing or replacement of worn connectors without the need to purchase multiple individual units.

How to use

Prepare the coaxial cable by stripping the outer jacket and dielectric to expose the inner conductor and outer shield according to the connector's installation requirements. Slide or attach the connector onto the prepared cable end and tighten the threaded coupling to the corresponding female F-type socket until secure. Verify the mechanical fit and test the signal to confirm proper connection.

Recommendations

For optimal signal quality, use connectors with cables of matching impedance and ensure shielding continuity by properly seating the outer conductor. Avoid overtightening the threaded connection to prevent damage to the cable or connector. Store unused connectors in a dry environment to prevent corrosion.
