Koaxiálny konektor Hama 00305088 konektor samec na samicu

The Hama 00305088 coaxial connector (male to female) is a compact adapter designed to connect coaxial cables for audio and video signal transmission. It serves as an ideal replacement for worn or faulty coax plugs or sockets and is intended for use with internal cable conductors with diameters of approximately 0.5 to 1.1 mm. The connector is fully shielded to reduce interference and provides reliable strain relief for secure, stable connections.

Advantages

Simple assembly allows quick installation without special tools. Fully shielded construction improves signal quality by minimising electromagnetic interference. The design provides excellent strain relief to protect the cable and connector from mechanical stress. Compatible with cable TV and other coaxial signal applications.

How to use

Prepare the coaxial cable by stripping the outer jacket and dielectric to expose the conductor and shield according to the connector's assembly instructions. Insert the cable into the connector, ensuring the inner conductor aligns with the male/female contact and the shield makes contact with the connector body. Tighten or secure the connector components as designed to achieve full shielding and proper strain relief. Test the connection with the intended equipment (TV, receiver, etc.) to confirm signal transmission.

Recommendations

Use for indoor installations and repairs; avoid exposure to moisture and outdoor weathering unless additional sealing is applied. Verify conductor diameter (0.5–1.1 mm) before assembly to ensure correct fit and reliable shielding.
