Koaxiálny konektor samec F-Typ Hama 00179406 konektor samec 8 ks

The Hama F-type coaxial connector pack includes eight male connectors designed for use with standard coaxial cable installations. These connectors provide a threaded F-type termination that ensures mechanical stability and consistent electrical contact for TV, satellite and cable signal lines. The set is intended for straightforward on-site use where a trusted threaded connection is required to maintain signal integrity across distribution points and end devices.

Advantages

Each connector in the pack is built to fit common coaxial cable dimensions, offering a compact threaded design that reduces signal loss and minimizes connection movement. The male F-type termination provides secure screw-in assembly with compatible sockets and adapters. Supplied as a set of eight, the pack is suitable for multi-point installations and small projects without the need to purchase single pieces separately.

How to use

Prepare the coaxial cable by stripping the outer sheath and dielectric to expose the conductor and braid to the recommended lengths for the connector model you are using. Slide the connector onto the cable end and ensure the central conductor passes through the connector pin while the braid makes contact with the connector body. Tighten the connector by screwing it onto the female F-type socket until secure, avoiding over-tightening to prevent damage to the cable or connector threads.

Recommendations

Inspect cable ends for clean cuts and correct stripping depth before assembly. Use suitable stripping tools to maintain consistent performance and reduce signal reflections. For outdoor or exposed installations, use appropriate weatherproofing covers or tape to protect the assembled connector from moisture and corrosion.
