Koľajnica zásuvky NEFF Z1608BX0 Nerez Plnovýsuv 1-stupňový nezávislý

NEFF Z1608BX0 stainless steel full-extension 1-level independent drawer slide is a heavy-duty guide designed to provide complete access to drawer contents while maintaining smooth and reliable movement. Constructed from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, this clip-full-extension slide supports single-level installation where the drawer operates independently of adjacent drawers. The design focuses on practicality for kitchen cabinetry and furniture installations that require durable, full-extension hardware with minimal maintenance.

Advantages

The stainless steel construction offers resistance to rust and wear, making the slide suitable for environments exposed to humidity or frequent use. Full-extension functionality allows the drawer to open completely so users can access the entire drawer space. The clip mechanism enables secure attachment and straightforward removal for installation or servicing. Independent operation ensures each drawer moves on its own guide without influencing neighboring drawers, improving usability in multi-drawer units.

Suitable for

• Kitchen drawers where full access is required
• Bathroom or utility room cabinets exposed to moisture
• Furniture drawers in living rooms, bedrooms, or offices
• Replacement or upgrade of existing drawer hardware
• Custom cabinetry and carpentry projects

Key specifications

• Material: stainless steel for corrosion resistance and durability
• Extension type: full-extension for complete drawer access
• Installation level: single-level (one guide per drawer side)
• Operation: independent movement of each drawer
• Attachment: clip-on mechanism for secure fitting and easy removal
• Typical use: suitable for residential and light commercial furniture applications

How to use

To install, align the slide components on the drawer and cabinet side according to the manufacturer’s recommended mounting positions and secure with appropriate fasteners. Clip the drawer section onto the cabinet-mounted rail until it locks; confirm smooth, full-extension travel and correct alignment. For removal or servicing, depress the clip release and slide the drawer section off the rail. Periodically check fasteners for tightness and clear any debris from the tracks to maintain consistent movement.

Recommendations

Use corrosion-resistant screws and hardware compatible with stainless steel to avoid galvanic corrosion. Apply light lubricant if movement becomes stiff, and avoid overloading drawers beyond their intended capacity to preserve slide operation and lifespan.
