How to use

Open the folder and place A3 sheets flat inside, aligning edges to avoid folding. For best protection, insert one document stack at a time and avoid overfilling; the folder is designed for loose sheets rather than bound volumes. Close the folder and store flat or upright on a shelf. When transporting, ensure the folder is secured to prevent bending or exposure to heavy rain.

Recommendations

For prolonged document preservation, avoid direct sunlight and high heat sources. Use the multicolour coding to create a consistent filing system and label the folder spine or front edge for quick retrieval. Clean with a soft, damp cloth if needed and avoid solvents that may affect polypropylene.
