Krimpovací a rezací nástroj QOLTEC 54381 — krimpovacie kliešte na modulárne sieťové konektory a rezačka káblov

QOLTEC 54381 is a handheld crimping and cutting tool designed for modular network connectors and cable preparation. It combines cutting and crimping functions in one compact instrument to support on-site network installation and maintenance. The tool enables precise crimping of modular plugs and clean trimming of cable ends, helping to speed up common termination tasks while remaining easy to carry and use.

Advantages

The tool integrates cable cutting and modular connector crimping into a single handheld device, reducing the number of tools needed for termination. Its compact construction allows controlled handling and accurate connector seating. By enabling neat cable trimming and consistent crimps, the tool helps improve the reliability of network terminations and reduces rework during installation.

Suitable for

• Crimping modular network plugs (RJ45/RJ11 style connectors) during patch cable assembly and repairs
• Cutting and preparing network cable ends for termination in patch panels and keystone jacks
• On-site network installation, maintenance, and small-scale cabling projects requiring portable tools

Key specifications

• Handheld mechanical crimping and cutting tool
• Designed for modular network connectors and cable preparation
• Compact form factor for portable use
• Combines cutting and crimping functions in one unit

How to use

Strip the cable jacket to the required length and arrange conductors according to the connector wiring standard. Insert the conductors into the modular plug so that the contacts align, then place the plug into the crimping slot of the QOLTEC 54381. Squeeze the handles firmly and evenly to complete the crimp. Use the integrated cutter to trim excess cable or to cut cable to length before termination. Follow common wiring and safety practices during the entire procedure.

Recommendations

Use the tool on compatible modular plugs and network cable types; avoid applying excessive force beyond normal crimping action. Inspect crimps visually or with a tester after termination to confirm reliable connections. Store the tool in a dry place and keep blades clean to maintain cutting performance.
