• Use in small cafes, home kitchens and hobbyist coffee stations

Key specifications

• Display type: LCD with clear numeric readout
• Form factor: compact countertop design
• Functions: tare/zero function for net weight measurement
• Measurement range: suitable for small portion weights (typical for coffee and kitchen use)
• Power: battery-operated for portable placement

How to use

Place the scale on a flat, stable surface and insert batteries according to the user instructions. Switch the unit on, allow it to stabilize to zero, then place an empty container on the platform and press the tare button to zero out the container weight. Add coffee grounds or ingredients incrementally, watching the LCD display for precise dosing. Use the tare function between additions to measure multiple components consecutively without removing the container. Turn the scale off after use to conserve battery life and gently wipe the platform with a soft, damp cloth to clean.

Recommendations

For best accuracy when brewing coffee, place the scale on a vibration-free surface and avoid drafts. Warm up an electronic scale by switching it on a few moments before use and allow it to stabilise. Use the tare function to measure net ingredient weights and replace batteries promptly when display dimming or inconsistent readings appear.
