Conquer technical terrain with the La Sportiva Aequilibrium ST GTX, a women's trekking boot engineered for stability, protection, and all-day comfort. Designed for technical trekking, via ferrata, light mountaineering, and glacier crossings, this boot combines a water-repellent nylon upper with a GORE-TEX Performance Comfort membrane for reliable waterproofing and breathability. The Vibram® SpringLug Tech outsole with Impact Brake System™ delivers exceptional grip on mixed surfaces, while the No-Impact System™ midsole absorbs shock and reduces fatigue. Featuring a semi-automatic crampon compatibility (B2) and a full rubber rand for durability, the Aequilibrium ST GTX is the perfect companion for demanding alpine adventures.

Advantages

Exceptional stability and ankle support thanks to the 3D Flex System Evo™ technology. The dual-density PU midsole with external TPU shell provides excellent shock absorption and torsional rigidity. The GORE-TEX membrane ensures your feet stay dry in wet conditions while allowing moisture to escape. The Vibram® outsole offers superior traction on rock, snow, and ice. Lightweight construction at just 1030g per pair reduces fatigue on long approaches.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, pair these boots with gaiters for snow or scree. Break them in gradually on shorter hikes before tackling long alpine routes. The semi-automatic crampon compatibility allows use with strap-on or clip-on crampons for glacier travel. Regular cleaning and application of a waterproofing treatment will extend the life of the upper.
