La Sportiva TX5 Evo Mid GTX pánske turistické topánky gaštanová/sivá 45.5

For hikers who demand a boot that bridges the gap between a nimble approach shoe and a burly backpacking boot, the La Sportiva TX5 Evo Mid GTX delivers a rare combination of precision, protection, and all-day comfort. Built on a men's-specific last with a mid-cut ankle, this boot wraps the foot in a nubuck leather upper reinforced by a full rubber rand and toe cap, so rock strikes and scree are shrugged off without a second thought. Inside, a GORE-TEX Extended Comfort membrane keeps water out while letting sweat escape, and the Ortholite Hybrid footbed adds just enough cushioning without dulling trail feedback. The real star is the Vibram MegaGrip outsole with Impact Brake System—it bites into loose terrain and softens descents, while the double-density EVA midsole and STB Control System keep the foot stable on uneven ground. Whether you're fastpacking a ridge or grinding out a long approach, this boot is ready to move.

Highlights

• GORE-TEX Extended Comfort waterproof/breathable membrane
• Vibram MegaGrip outsole with Impact Brake System for superior traction
• STB Control System and double-density EVA midsole for torsional stability
• Nubuck leather upper with protective rubber rand and toe cap
• Ortholite Hybrid Approach 4mm footbed for cushioning and support
• Mythos-style lacing system for a precise, secure fit

In daily use

The TX5 Evo Mid GTX feels at home on everything from rocky mountain trails to muddy forest paths. The mid-cut height gives your ankles extra support without restricting mobility, while the sticky Vibram sole inspires confidence on slick rock and steep descents. The GORE-TEX lining keeps feet dry through stream crossings and rain, yet remains breathable enough for warm-weather hikes. The lacing system locks the heel in place, preventing hot spots on long treks, and the cushioned midsole absorbs shock mile after mile.
