LANBERG Cat6 F/UTP (FTP) sieťový kábel, RJ-45–RJ-45, 10 m, sivý

LANBERG Cat6 F/UTP (FTP) networking cable, RJ-45–RJ-45, 10 m, Grey is a straight-through Ethernet cable designed for reliable data transmission in wired networks. It conforms to the Cat6 standard and supports data rates up to 1250 Mbit/s. The cable features foil shielding around the twisted pairs (F/UTP) to reduce electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, while the grey outer jacket provides a discreet appearance suitable for office and home installations.

Advantages

The foil-shielded construction improves signal integrity in environments with potential interference from other electrical devices or cable bundles. Cat6 performance ensures compatibility with Gigabit Ethernet and higher-frequency applications within the cable standard limits. RJ-45 connectors on both ends provide simple plug-and-play connectivity with network devices, switches and patch panels. The 10 m length allows flexible placement of networked equipment without the need for additional couplers.

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 connector to the Ethernet port of your device and the other to a router, switch or wall outlet. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks to establish a secure mechanical and electrical connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and avoid running it in parallel for long distances with power lines to minimize interference. For rack or patch-panel use, measure the required length and secure the cable with appropriate cable management accessories.

Recommendations

For best performance, use this Cat6 F/UTP cable for Gigabit Ethernet and wiring runs up to the recommended length. When installing in areas with significant electromagnetic noise, maintain proper grounding of shielded infrastructure where applicable and avoid kinking or excessive tension on the cable. Replace the cable if connectors or the jacket show visible damage.
