Elektrický šľahač mlieka a ohrievač Gastronoma 18150003 — 300 ml, 2 režimy, 2 metličky, čierna

The Gastronoma Electric Milk Frother/Warmer 18150003 is a double-walled electric jug with a 300 ml capacity designed to froth and heat milk efficiently. The unit offers two operating modes and comes with two removable whisks: a stainless steel spiral whisk for producing dense hot or cold foam and a stirring whisk for gentle heating. The interior has a non-stick coating for easier cleaning, and the device includes splash protection, a 360° cordless base and one-button operation with LED indicators. A Strix temperature controller with automatic shut-off helps prevent overheating and provides consistent results; the frother typically produces hot foam in approximately 120 seconds.

Advantages

The double-walled construction maintains temperature while the non-stick interior reduces residue and simplifies cleaning. Two interchangeable whisks allow switching between foaming and heating tasks without additional tools. One-button operation with LED feedback and a 360° cordless base make handling and pouring straightforward. The Strix controller and auto shut-off increase safety and reliability during repeated use.

Suitable for

• Making cappuccino and latte-style drinks at home or in small foodservice settings
• Heating milk for hot chocolate and warm beverages

How to use

Pour the required amount of milk into the jug, taking care not to exceed the maximum capacity. Attach the appropriate whisk for the desired result: use the stainless steel spiral whisk for foaming and the stirring whisk for heating without froth. Place the jug on the 360° cordless base, press the single control button and monitor the LED indicator. The Strix controller will regulate temperature and switch the unit off automatically when the cycle is complete. After use, remove the whisk and clean the interior with a soft cloth or sponge; the non-stick coating facilitates residue removal. Allow the jug to cool before storing.

Recommendations

To achieve the best foam texture, use cold fresh milk and the spiral whisk; whole milk produces richer foam while low-fat and specialty plant-based milks may produce lighter textures. Avoid abrasive cleaners or sharp tools on the non-stick interior and do not submerge the cordless base in water. Regularly check the whisk attachments for wear and clean promptly after each use to maintain performance.
