Manuálny tester tesnosti Barrow GJQM-01 — ručné zariadenie na kontrolu úniku a tlaku

Barrow GJQM-01 — handheld leak and pressure check device is a manual air tightness tester intended for basic airtightness assessments of small systems and components. The device allows an operator to apply air pressure and monitor pressure changes manually to detect leaks or pressure loss. Designed for portable use, it supports quick diagnostics in workshops, maintenance environments and on-site inspections where non-powered, hand-operated testing is preferred.

Advantages

The handheld design makes the tester easy to carry and position in confined or hard-to-reach locations. Manual operation requires no electrical power, which simplifies field use and reduces setup time. The device offers straightforward pressure monitoring and is suitable for repeated basic checks of fittings, seals and small pneumatic assemblies. Its simple construction allows rapid deployment for routine maintenance and diagnostic tasks.

Suitable for

• Workshop leak checks on small components and assemblies
• Maintenance inspections of seals, valves and fittings
• HVAC and refrigeration line quick diagnostics
• Pneumatic component testing and troubleshooting
• On-site portable pressure and leak verification

Key specifications

• Operation type: manual, hand-operated pressure application
• Measurement focus: detection of pressure loss and air leaks
• Form factor: handheld portable tester suitable for confined spaces
• Power: no external power source required
• Typical use: small systems, fittings, seals and pneumatic components

How to use

Connect the tester to the component or system using an appropriate adapter or fitting to ensure a secure seal. Manually apply air pressure according to the component's recommended test pressure, then isolate the test volume and observe the pressure reading or indicator for a defined period. A steady pressure indicates adequate tightness, while a measurable pressure drop points to a leak that requires investigation. After testing, safely vent the residual pressure and disconnect the tester.

Recommendations

Use compatible fittings and adapters to ensure leak-free connections. Follow manufacturer and safety guidelines for recommended test pressures for the specific component or system under test. Perform tests in a ventilated area and wear appropriate personal protective equipment when working with pressurized systems.
