Herma 20056 A5 document folder is made of durable polypropylene (PP) and features a snap closure to secure A5 papers, notes and small documents. The slim, lightweight construction protects contents from dirt and light moisture while remaining easy to carry in a bag, backpack or larger folder. The transparent or lightly frosted material allows quick visual identification of contents without opening, and the compact A5 format is suited to small notebooks, receipts, study sheets and printed pages.

Advantages

The polypropylene construction provides flexibility, tear resistance and water repellence compared with paper folders, while staying thin and lightweight for everyday portability. The snap closure keeps documents firmly inside and prevents accidental loss, and the smooth surface is easy to wipe clean. The folder’s compact A5 size optimizes storage in desk drawers, briefcases and school bags without adding bulk.

How to use

Open the snap closure and insert A5 papers or small documents with edges aligned to the folder’s sides. Close the snap until it clicks to secure contents. For quick identification, arrange documents with the most important sheet on top or use small labels on the outside. When removing items, unfasten the snap and extract documents carefully to avoid bending edges.

Recommendations

Store the folder flat or upright to prevent bending of contents; avoid prolonged exposure to heat or direct sunlight to preserve material flexibility. Clean the surface with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent if needed. For heavy-duty archival needs or long-term exposure to liquids, consider using a sealed pouch in addition to the folder.
