How to use

Select the desired scale printed on the ruler and align the zero mark with the starting point of the element to be measured or drawn. Read off distances directly from the corresponding graduations to transfer measurements to paper or to measure existing drawings. Use the ruler edge for drawing straight lines and switch scales as needed for different plan proportions. Store the ruler flat or in a pencil case when not in use to prevent warping.

Recommendations

For best results, use a sharp mechanical pencil or fine technical pen and a firm, flat drawing surface. Clean the ruler periodically with a soft cloth to keep scale markings legible. Avoid exposing the plastic ruler to high heat to prevent deformation.
