Miešacia metla na farby a maltu, EINHELL, dvojité miešadlo Ø 120 x 550 mm (pre TE‑MX 1600‑2 CE Twin)

Accessory set for Einhell rotary hammer model 49497795, designed specifically for use with the TE‑MX 1600‑2 CE Twin mortar mixer. The set contains two robust steel twin mortar mixers, each 550 mm long with a 120 mm mixing head diameter. These accessories are intended to mix viscous materials and larger batches where a durable mixer and extended reach are required.

Advantages

The two-piece set provides matched mixers that fit the hex mixer holder and engage with positioning grooves for secure operation. Constructed from steel for increased durability, the mixers are sized for high-volume tasks and are suitable for both viscous and lighter liquid materials. Their length and diameter offer extended reach and efficient mixing motion in large containers.

Suitable for

• Mixing mortar, plaster and tile adhesive
• Preparing coloured grout and similar viscous compounds
• Mixing paint, varnish or other low‑viscosity liquids in larger quantities
• Large‑volume mixing tasks up to approximately 140 litres

Key specifications

• Quantity: 2 pieces
• Material: steel construction
• Length: 550 mm
• Mixing head diameter: 120 mm
• Mount type: hex mixer holder compatibility with positioning grooves
• Designed for mixing viscous and low‑viscosity materials
• Intended for large batch volumes (up to ~140 litres)

How to use

Insert the mortar mixer into the hex mixer holder of the TE‑MX 1600‑2 CE Twin or any compatible mixer with a hex shaft and align the positioning grooves so the mixer locks securely. Place the mixer head into the material to be mixed, start the mixer at a low speed to avoid splashing, then increase speed as needed to achieve even consistency. Withdraw the mixer carefully and allow excess material to drain back into the container before stopping the tool.

Recommendations

Use personal protective equipment such as gloves, safety goggles and dust mask when mixing powdered compounds. Do not operate the mixer without ensuring the accessory is fully engaged in the hex holder. Clean the mixers after each use to prevent build‑up and corrosion and store them dry to maintain service life.
