How to use

Mount the hood on a suitable wall surface according to the supplied installation instructions, ensuring correct alignment of the top exhaust connection if using ducted extraction. If recirculating operation is chosen, fit the carbon filter in addition to the aluminium grease filters. Use the mechanical control panel to select the desired fan speed and to set the timer. Switch on the LED lights to illuminate the cooking surface. Regularly check and clean the aluminium grease filters; they are dishwasher-safe and should be reinstalled dry. Replace the carbon filter as recommended by the manufacturer when used in recirculating mode.
