Nit GESIPA 1454051 Al/St 5x30 mm, rozsah upnutia 20,0–25,0 mm, balenie 100 ks

Solid blind rivets GESIPA 1454051 are aluminium-bodied fasteners with a steel mandrel, sized 5x30 mm and designed for blind (one-sided) installation where access to the far side of the joint is limited. These rivets are intended for connections that require a reliable permanent mechanical joint and are supplied in a pack of 100. The specified grip range of 20.0–25.0 mm makes them suitable for assembling thicker material stacks or joining components with significant combined thickness.

Advantages

The combination of an aluminium body and a steel mandrel provides a balance of corrosion resistance and fracture strength in the driven state. The 5x30 mm dimensions and long grip range accommodate a wide variety of material thicknesses without changing rivet type. Supplied in a pack of 100, these blind rivets reduce changeover frequency during repair, assembly and construction tasks and are compatible with standard blind-rivet tools designed for solid-style mandrels.

Suitable for

• One-sided assembly where access from the rear is restricted
• Joining thicker sheet metal, panels or stacked components within a 20.0–25.0 mm grip range
• Structural repairs, installations and maintenance in metalworking and construction
• Production runs and servicing where medium-strength permanent fastening is required

Key specifications

• Body material: aluminium
• Mandrel material: steel
• Rivet diameter and length: 5 x 30 mm
• Usable grip range: 20.0–25.0 mm
• Pack quantity: 100 pieces

How to use

Select a rivet size that matches the combined thickness of the materials to be joined and choose a drill size suitable for a 5 mm rivet. Insert the rivet through the prepared hole from the accessible side, position the tool over the mandrel and apply steady force with a compatible blind-rivet tool until the mandrel snaps and the rivet body deforms to form the blind-side head. Inspect the joint to ensure correct set and mandrel break-off. Follow tool manufacturer guidance for correct stroke and force settings.

Recommendations

Use these aluminium/steel blind rivets in applications where moderate shear strength and good corrosion resistance are needed. Avoid mixing with dissimilar metals in corrosive environments without suitable isolation. Store the pack in a dry place and verify material compatibility and required grip range before installation.
