Nitová matica GESIPA A2 M6x9x15,5 – nehrdzavejúca oceľ, množstvo v balení: 250

Blind rivet nut GESIPA A2 M6x9x15.5 is a stainless steel insert designed to form a load-bearing internal M6 thread in thin or soft base materials where access is available from one side only. The sleeve diameter and length of 9×15.5 mm provide sufficient grip in sheet metal, plastic and composite panels, creating a reliable anchored thread that accepts standard M6 bolts and screws. Supplied as a pack of 250, these rivet nuts are intended for repetitive fastening applications in assembly, repair and mounting tasks.

Advantages

Made from A2 (stainless) steel, the rivet nut resists corrosion and is suitable for environments with moderate humidity. The blind installation design allows fast and secure installation from one side without the need to access the component's rear, saving time on assembly. The specified sleeve dimensions ensure consistent clamping and improved load distribution in thin materials, reducing pull-out risk compared with direct threading of the substrate.

How to use

Drill an appropriate hole in the base material matching the sleeve diameter, then insert the blind rivet nut into the hole. Using a compatible blind rivet nut tool or rivet nut setter, compress the rivet nut according to the tool manufacturer's instructions until the sleeve deforms and clamps firmly to the material, forming the internal M6 thread. After installation, check that the nut is flush or captive as required and fasten with an M6 bolt or screw to verify engagement.

Recommendations

Select a drill diameter that matches the rivet nut sleeve for a tight fit; verify material thickness compatibility before installation. Use tools rated for the rivet nut size to ensure consistent deformation and clamping. For corrosion-sensitive applications, confirm A2 stainless steel meets environmental requirements and consider protective measures for galvanic compatibility when mating with different metals.
