The Black & Decker GTC18504PC Double Blade hedge trimmer is a battery-powered garden tool designed for trimming and shaping hedges and shrubs. Weighing approximately 3.24 kg, it combines a double blade configuration with cordless convenience to provide straightforward maneuverability and reduced user fatigue during common garden tasks. The tool is intended for residential garden maintenance where precision cutting and ease of use are required.

Advantages

The double blade system increases cutting efficiency and delivers cleaner cuts on branches and foliage compared with single-blade designs. Cordless battery power eliminates the need for a mains connection and reduces trip hazard from cables, while the relatively light weight improves handling and control during extended use. The hedge trimmer's balanced design aids accuracy when shaping hedgerows or trimming around obstacles.

How to use

Before use, ensure the battery is fully charged and securely fitted according to the manufacturer's instructions. Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as eye protection, gloves, and sturdy footwear. Avoid trimming in wet conditions or when the ground is slippery. Regularly inspect the blades for damage and keep them clean and sharp to maintain cutting performance. Store the hedge trimmer and its battery in a dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
