O-krúžok Harting HAN 3 HPR 09400009910 — O-krúžkové tesnenie pre konektory HAN 3 HPR

O-Formgummi by Harting is an O-ring gasket designed for use with HAN 3 HPR connectors. It forms a continuous seal around the connector interface to reduce ingress of dust and moisture and to damp mechanical vibration between mating parts. The gasket is intended for industrial and electronic installations where robust connector sealing and consistent environmental protection are required.

Advantages

The O-ring gasket provides reliable sealing performance at connector joints and improves vibration resistance without altering connector alignment. Its elastomeric material ensures long-term resilience under repeated mating cycles and contributes to protection of contact surfaces from contaminants. The gasket is a compact accessory that preserves the connector’s mechanical fit while enhancing environmental resistance.

Suitable for

• Sealing HAN 3 HPR connectors in electrical cabinets and control panels
• Protecting connector interfaces in industrial automation equipment
• Use in environments with dust, splash water or moderate mechanical vibration
• Retrofit or maintenance replacement of existing connector seals

Key specifications

• Form: O-ring gasket designed for rectangular circularized connector flange
• Material type: elastomeric rubber (agent for sealing and vibration damping)
• Function: environmental sealing and vibration resistance at connector interface
• Compatibility: designed to match HAN 3 HPR connector mechanical dimensions

How to use

Install the O-form gasket by placing it into the connector groove or around the mating flange as specified for the HAN 3 HPR connector, ensuring it sits evenly along the sealing surface. When mating the connector halves, apply firm, even pressure until the gasket compresses to form a continuous seal. For removal, separate the connectors and carefully extract the gasket, inspecting it for cuts, hardening or deformation before reuse.

Recommendations

Store the gasket in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and chemicals that may degrade elastomeric materials. Inspect the gasket periodically during maintenance and replace it if signs of wear, cracking, or permanent deformation are present to maintain reliable environmental protection.
