Ochranný držiak hlavy s upevňovacími skrutkami pre 3M Speedglas 9100 (MPN 7100001460)

Replacement protective headgear assembly designed for 3M Speedglas 9100 welding helmets. This headgear kit includes the mounting screws and the main attaching components required to connect the helmet shell to the internal head suspension, restoring the original fit, stability and adjustment functions of the Speedglas 9100 series. It is intended as a maintenance or repair part to replace worn or damaged headgear components and to ensure continued safe and comfortable use of compatible 9100 helmets.

Advantages

The assembly restores factory adjustment points and stabilizes the helmet on the head, helping to maintain correct eye-to-lens alignment. Included mounting screws are matched to the attachment points used on Speedglas 9100 shells to simplify replacement. As a direct-fit maintenance part, the headgear saves time compared with sourcing multiple individual components and helps extend the service life of the welding helmet without requiring a full shell replacement.

How to use

Remove the helmet shell from the current head suspension according to the helmet manufacturer's service instructions, taking care to note the positions of existing components. Fit the replacement headgear assembly to the helmet shell, align attachment points and secure with the supplied mounting screws. Verify tilt, tension and positioning adjustments operate smoothly and that the helmet sits correctly on the head suspension before resuming work. Follow all safety guidance for PPE maintenance and ensure the helmet is free from damage that cannot be corrected by headgear replacement.

Recommendations

Use this assembly only on compatible 3M Speedglas 9100 series helmets. Inspect parts during installation and periodically thereafter; replace any components that show cracking, deformation or corrosion. For safe operation, combine headgear replacement with a visual inspection of the helmet shell, face seal and lens to ensure overall protective integrity.
