Brabantia NewIcon Pedal Bin 30L in gold steel combines a round, timeless design with practical features for everyday waste management. With a 30-litre capacity and dimensions suitable for kitchens or utility areas, this bin offers a soft-closing lid, a removable inner bucket and a non-slip base. The pedal-operated stainless steel mechanism ensures hygienic hands-free opening while the tight-closing lid helps control odours. Manufactured partly from recycled materials and Cradle-to-Cradle® Bronze certified, the bin is designed for long-term use and easy maintenance.

Advantages

The bin’s warm-toned metallic coating and stainless steel pedal provide a refined appearance without compromising durability. A soft-close mechanism prevents noisy slamming and the inner plastic bucket with ventilation holes allows easy bag removal without vacuum suction. Additional features include a non-slip base, built-in anti-tilting block for stability, and a hinge grip for convenient lifting. The product is partly made from recycled material and is largely recyclable after use.

After use, lift the inner bucket using the hinge grip to remove waste and clean the bucket and lid with a soft cloth and mild detergent. The ventilation holes in the inner bucket reduce vacuum, making bag removal simple.

Recommendations

For best results, use Brabantia PerfectFit bin bags (code G) and clean the inner bucket regularly. Avoid abrasive cleaners on the painted metallic surface to preserve the finish.
