Pedal Upgrade Kit Heusinkveld Ultimate Upgrade Kit HE-SPU-SCU pre sim-racing pedále

The Heusinkveld Ultimate Upgrade Kit HE-SPU-SCU for Sim Racing Pedals is a collection of replacement and enhancement parts designed to improve the mechanical performance and reliability of compatible sim racing pedal sets. This upgrade kit focuses on delivering better pedal travel control, smoother operation, and increased durability by providing precision-engineered components that integrate with Heusinkveld pedal mechanisms. It is intended for users who want to refine pedal feel and consistency for racing simulators without replacing the entire pedal assembly.

Advantages

The kit provides improved mechanical tolerances and wear-resistant components that reduce play and maintain consistent pedal travel over time. Enhanced operation characteristics help achieve smoother, more predictable feedback from pedal inputs. Components are designed to fit precisely within Heusinkveld-compatible pedal systems, supporting long-term reliability and simplified maintenance compared with stock parts.

Suitable for

• Enthusiast sim racers seeking finer pedal control and feel
• Users repairing or refreshing existing Heusinkveld-compatible pedals
• Builders modifying pedal mechanics for increased durability
• Competitive racers who require consistent pedal response across long sessions

Key specifications

• Replacement and enhancement parts for pedal mechanics and control interfaces
• Precision-machined components to reduce mechanical play
• Materials selected for wear resistance and long service life
• Designed for compatibility with Heusinkveld-style pedal linkages and mounting points
• Intended to improve pedal travel smoothness and consistency

How to use

Install the kit by disassembling the existing pedal components following the manufacturer’s maintenance guidance or service manual. Replace the original parts with the supplied components, ensuring correct alignment of linkages and secure fastening of all bolts and fasteners. After assembly, verify pedal travel, calibration, and sensor inputs in your sim rig software and make any necessary adjustments to restore intended pedal geometry and deadzone settings.

Recommendations

Perform installation on a stable work surface and use appropriate tools to avoid damaging threads or bearings. After installation, test pedals gradually, confirming smooth travel and sensor readings before competitive use. Regular inspection and periodic lubrication of moving parts will help maintain consistent performance and extend component life.
