Podlahová doska Rittal VX 8618.823, pozinkovaná oceľ, sivá, šírka 1200 mm

Rittal VX 8618.823 bottom plate is a structural base element designed for VX series enclosures. Manufactured from galvanized steel with a grey finish, the plate provides a rigid mounting surface and mechanical protection for internal components. With a width of 1200 mm, this single-piece bottom plate is intended for use in industrial electrical cabinets and server rack installations where a durable, corrosion-resistant base is required.

Advantages

The galvanized steel construction delivers resistance to corrosion and mechanical wear while the grey finish ensures a consistent appearance inside and beneath the enclosure. Its single-piece design simplifies installation and reduces alignment adjustments compared with multi-part bases. The rigid plate supports mounted equipment and helps distribute loads evenly across the cabinet floor.

How to use

Install the bottom plate into the cabinet frame following the enclosure manufacturer's assembly sequence. Position the plate on the lower frame rails, align mounting holes with the cabinet uprights, and fasten using suitable hardware and torque values recommended for the cabinet structure. Ensure the plate sits flush and that any cable entry or gland positions are accessible before final tightening. Verify load distribution and clearances for installed components.

Recommendations

For best performance, handle the plate with appropriate lifting tools to avoid deformation, and use compatible corrosion-resistant fasteners. Inspect the plate for damage before installation and ensure grounding/earthing continuity where required by the electrical installation standards.
